Roofing

A roof you can stop thinking about.

Architectural shingle systems and standing-seam metal — installed with full tear-off, deck inspection, and proper ventilation by a North Georgia crew with 35+ years of combined experience.

What's actually in your project

Seven things on every roofing proposal we write

Whether you're replacing a worn roof, fixing a stubborn leak, or recovering from storm damage, here's the actual scope of work and why each line matters. No vague 'premium materials' language.

Full tear-off and deck inspection

We strip the old roof down to the deck and inspect every sheet of decking before anything new goes on. Rotten sheathing, hidden water damage, and failed underlayment get found and fixed now — not discovered as a leak two winters later.

Ventilation that protects the whole system

Georgia humidity destroys under-ventilated roofs from the attic side — cooked shingles above, moisture rot below. Every replacement is built as a breathing system, with ridge-vent ventilation and premium underlayment matched to the deck.

Standing-seam and exposed-fastener metal

Our metal systems are built to outlast the fasteners that usually kill them: ZXL lifetime screws, high-temperature ice-and-water shield, wood battens where the profile calls for them, and custom-bent flashing and trim — not off-the-shelf pieces forced to fit.

CertainTeed shingles, warranties in writing

CertainTeed is our primary shingle manufacturer — installed to spec so the manufacturer warranty holds. On top of that, we back the install with our own workmanship warranty in 10, 25, and 50-year tiers, and register your coverage on your behalf. Both are named in the proposal, not promised on a handshake.

Storm damage and insurance claims

After wind or hail, we inspect and photograph the damage, document it the way carriers expect, and guide you through the claim so the approved scope reflects what your roof actually needs. You deal with one roofer, not a paperwork maze.

Flashings and roof components, done in-house

Most leaks start at chimneys, valleys, and edges — not in the field shingles. We custom-fabricate chimney flashing and handle gutters, fascia, and soffit ourselves, so drainage and ventilation are part of the roof system, not an afterthought.

A written proposal and a final walkthrough

Before work starts you get a written proposal naming the materials and scope. After it ends, we walk the finished roof with you, show you the work, and sweep the property for nails. The job isn't done until you've seen it done.

How a Project Actually Goes

Four steps. No surprises.

From the first phone call to the final walk-through, here's exactly what happens and what you're responsible for at each step.

01

Consultation & Roof Inspection

We come to you and get on the roof. Decking, flashings, ventilation, and every problem spot gets inspected and photographed — so the scope is based on what's actually up there, not a guess from the driveway.

02

Written Proposal

You get a clear written proposal that names the materials and the full scope of work. Honest recommendations too — if a repair solves it, we'll say so instead of quoting a replacement you don't need.

03

Professional Installation

A start date in writing, a crew that shows up on it, and an install done to spec — tear-off to ridge cap. Tarps protect your landscaping, and a magnetic nail sweep runs over the property every day.

04

Final Inspection Walkthrough

When the work is done, we walk it with you. You see the finished roof, the cleanup, and exactly what was installed before we call the project complete. Questions get answered on the spot.
