Estimates and proposals

Quotes and estimates provided through this site or in person are not binding contracts until a written proposal is signed by both parties. Actual project scope, materials, and pricing are defined in the signed contract.

Service discount for veterans and first responders

A free roof inspection, and a discount for your service. It applies to roof replacement work quoted by Virtue Roofing, on these terms:

• A service discount for verified veterans, active-duty military, police, firefighters and EMS.
• Bring valid ID to the free inspection. The discount is applied to your written proposal.
• One discount per property. Cannot be combined with another Virtue offer.
• Financing is unaffected — the discount reduces the amount financed.

Warranties

Workmanship and material warranties, where offered, are described in your project proposal and in the manufacturer's warranty documentation. No additional warranties are made by use of this website.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Virtue Roofing or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtue Roofing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
